Like almost all websites, our site collects Log Data, which includes information about the device you’re using and, to a degree, where you are using it. This data is compiled by Google Analytics and SquareSpace to provide us with usage information that helps us understand the way our website is used so that we can improve it.

We are primarily interested in what sorts of devices and web-browsers are used, what pages are most frequently visited, how long visitors linger on our site or on a particular page, how they got to our site, and from where in the world they are visiting. With that information, we can then, for example, ensure our site works properly on all those devices with all their various screen sizes, and that the information people are seeking most is easily accessible. ​We do not in any way know that it's 'you' ... just that someone from Dublin using Safari on an iPhone 17 visited the About Us page (having been linked there from somewhere else on the internet) and lingered for an excellent 3 minutes.
